At Electrolux, we understand and value the importance of talent acquisition, and we recognize it being key to our success as a company. As Global Talent Acquisition Director, you will act as the voice of talent acquisition within Electrolux, championing it and showcasing it.
You will be part of a Global Talent Management team and responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company’s global talent acquisition efforts (including its strategies, processes, policies and tools) and enabling the delivery of outstanding global recruitment practices to help the company accomplish its long-term objectives. We believe that the future of talent acquisition is digital, and you will help guide us in this transformation.
You need to have a vision of where to take talent acquisition within Electrolux and be able to sell that vision to others, while anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and building trustful relationships with them. Your work will require working with functional leaders to set the strategic direction and get people aboard. Collaboration is an important element here, as you will need to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives in the realm of talent acquisition.
You will report to VP Talent Management.
•Further, enhance and implement the global talent acquisition strategy to support organizational missions, vision and goals.
•Drive improvements to global recruitment policies, processes and system to ensure effective, high-quality services are delivered internally within Electrolux but also externally to candidates.
•Partner with VP Talent Management to provide leadership with meaningful metrics and interpret and take action on those metrics.
•Create and foster strong relationships with colleagues and partner closely with leaders to understand and identify requirements and business needs.
•Ensure that the function have the expertise to build valued partnership with the business leaders
•Develop and drive global strategies and programs to attract talent, ensure our talent pipelines stay full, and increase presence and knowledge of Electrolux as an employer of choice.
•Strengthen the impact of the recruitment organization by remaining current on industry trends, competitor intelligence and best practices.
•Encourage and champion collaboration and teamwork with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure knowledge-sharing and work consistency.
You are an ideal candidate if you have
•More than five years of managerial experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
•Experience working with external recruitment agencies and executive search firms. You have a demonstrated history of recruiting and placement of professional level positions up to executive level.
•Experience working with digital transformation projects within talent acquisition and in implementing global strategies, processes, policies and tools.
•Experience in leading and developing remote teams and creating an engaging, performance-driven culture.
•Financial and business acumen to achieve maximum value for the business.
•An ability to build strong relationships at all levels, working closely with senior business leaders on a regular basis and developing networks across the organization.
•An ability to inspire your team and empower them to deliver.
•An ability to be a strong team player but also work independently.
•Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt quickly to change.
•Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Excellent project management skills and an understanding of what is required when implement new ways of working.
Location: Global HQ, Stockholm, Sweden
