The perfect match for this position would be someone with previous experience in recruitment who has worked in large companies before and is used to navigate in a complex organization with a global landscape. Your role
In this role you will drive operational change management projects while ensuring that we are working in similar ways, globally. We are expecting the right candidate to: 
• Support TA Director in developing strategic goals and agendas. 
• Be the Subject Matter Expert in Talent Acquisition; ensure and coordinate trainings for TAP’s 
• Execute of specific TAP trainings within ways of working and TA tools
• Lead and coordinate the work within a SME Community
• Together with the SME community and the Group core team, ensure similar ways of working in the regions and implement best practices solutions
• Drive operational Group TA Projects
• Work closely with HR Cloud team with implementations of system change management and tools. 
• From a Global TA perspective coordinate and promote Employer Branding as well as influence on ideas on how to improve our Employer Brand while spreading our Employer of Choice work.  
• Support the Global Internship Coordinator with Talent Acquisition best practice
• Participate in supplier meetings and present best practice/suggestions for various Stakeholders
• Actively work with continuous improvements in order to have outstanding candidate experiences  
• Support Talent Acquisition Director with main TA KPI’s

At the same time, it is crucial to be a strong relationship-builder in order to successfully navigate in our organization. 
Furthermore, we believe you are good at influencing others and that you are used to hold trainings and share your experiences. 

- Experience in Talent Acquisition 
- Several years of experiences working with CRM systems, LinkedIn and large, complex recruitment systems
- If you have experience from Cornerstone On-Demand it is a plus
