Global Talent & Performance Director

Electrolux is strongly focusing on Talent Management, recognizing the importance of this area in reaching the high ambition level of the company. Talent and Teamship is one of the strategic pillars of the company and recognized as a key area to succeed with the business and strategy execution. 
Group HR Talent Management consists of a global team with team members based in Stockholm as well as in Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America and Europe. The team is responsible for Performance Management, Talent & Succession, Employee Engagement, Talent Aquistion, Leadership and Learning & Development.

Typical day

In this position, you will work with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to capture the major strategic challenges and translate them into organizational implications and to identify action plans to build the leadership and needed capabilities. 

You will in collaboration with the global team, drive and develop processes, tools, methodologies and practices used in the business to succeed with our agenda. We are striving to have dynamic and business integrated ways of working in talent and performance management in general. Having the business connection is extremely important, which is why this role is pivotal to the global team.

Some key responsibilities are:
• Strong stakeholder management together with the regional talent managers 
• Ensure that we deliver on our strategy by having dynamic and business integrated talent and performance management processes and tools successfully implemented and applied 
• To run a dynamic talent management process including participation in talent reviews as well as running regular calls on vacancies and talent moves, assessment of potential and ensuring strong succession pipelines 
• Drive and embed our evolving performance process to become a value added process for each employee including focus on continues learning and development
• To collaborate with global Talent Acquisition Director to ensure strong talent acquisition approach, including succession management and capability development
• To drive enhancements and governance of our HRIT system supporting our Talent and Performance management processes in collaboration with the regions.

Who you are
• Have strong business acumen, ensuring our talent and performance processes continue to evolve to support the changing needs of our business and employees 
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably also with Talent as an area of specialism
• Are a strong collaborator and create a sense of team across borders, cultures and a diverse set of backgrounds  
• Have energy and can lead others and self with the right ambition and drive
• Are a great communicator, and able to have the conversations that need to be had
• Are an influencer and able to build relationships at all levels across the organization
