Location: Świdnica, Poland  

As GME Project Leader will drive projects in the area of production equipment, testing and programming process for ovens, cookers and hobs.
You will collaborate with other team members from internal departments such as R&D, Production, Quality and factories across the Globe to support process & equipment standardization, constantly improving process efficiency and product quality.
 
Your main tasks:
• Drive industrialization of New Products according to Electrolux procedures.
• Interface with R&D, Quality and Plants for manufacturability analysis, run PFMEA and DFA.
• Define and follow up the Project Industrialization plan with timing and investments.
• Drive specific Manufacturing Engineering projects, coordinate assigned project team.
• Preparation of technical specifications for equipment, including safety, environmental and energy saving requirements, according to Global guidelines.
• Supervise equipment installation in cooperation with Plant Manufacturing Engineering.
• Analyse production capacity, shape manufacturing set-up according to strategy.
• Perform feasibility studies on new plants set-up.
• Rationalize plant layout.
• Support efficiency and improvement programs, in cooperation with Plant Manufacturing Engineering.

Qualifications:
• Engineering degree preferably in Electronics / Electrical / Automation Engineering. 
• Preferred at least 2-3 years of experience in leading projects in manufacturing in the international company.
• Experience with household appliances production or design will be an advantage
• Experience in project management and new product introduction.
• Knowledge of safety rules related to machinery.
• Good analytical and methodical problem solving skills.
• Goal-oriented, persevering, focused on quality. 
• Self-organized, able to share attention between short and long term goals.
• Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel.
