Head of CI Development

Continuous Improvement at Electrolux is one of our top strategic drivers in order to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. Electrolux launched Continuous Improvement through onbeat to accelerate overall business improvements and culture change enabled through lean & agile methodologies across the business.

The mandate for this role is to create, enhance and adapt the way we build & implement onbeat in Electrolux. Only 4 years into the journey, the core of onbeat is established with high acceptance and engagement in the organization. In our fast-changing environment, there are significant opportunities to further enhance and adapt it to enable Electrolux to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall design, creation, enhancements and adaption of onbeat methodology and ways of working to build a consumer centric mindset within Electrolux
• Assess, test, implement lean/agile methodologies & tools relevant to adapt & incorporate in onbeat to enable Electrolux to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and improved business results
• Lead capability building through further development of onbeat stars certifications, onbeat ambassadors as well as onbeat trainings
• Promote best practice sharing through benchmarking with other companies in the field of lean / agile implementation as well as across business areas within Electrolux
• Drive internal and external communication & marketing strategy
• Bring insights to strategic direction of onbeat
• Lead talent management of your direct reports (managers & analysts) 

This role is a line manager responsibility with direct reports. You will report to the Director Continuous Improvement and you will be based in Stockholm, Sweden at our Global HQ.

- Knowledge/understanding of Lean/Six-Sigma/Agile/Design Thinking & Change Management
- Considerable exposure to CI and/or onbeat methodology
- Strong project/process management skills - ability to execute with speed despite ambiguity 
- Curious and critical mindset to always seek and drive improvements in his/her own work
- Experience in leading work related to Consumer Experiences
- Experience of leading/driving people engagement
