We are now looking for our next  Head of Finance Shared Services and Finance Process Development for our business sector Major Appliances Europe. You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to our CFO Major Appliances Europe.

Key Operational Responsibilities and Role’s Objectives: 

 
Operational responsibility of the daily finance and accounting activities are under shared services, responsibility for Major Appliances Europe (EMA), Home Care & Small Domestic Appliances, EMA North America, Electrolux Professional and Group Staff & Functions. You will be a key stakeholder in driving digital transformation for finance, ensuring close alignment with key stakeholders and customers. At the same time you have budget responsibility and ensuring productivity is aligned with targets set by sectors.
You will be a member of the Finance Leadership Team, EMA Europe.

Strategic Leadership - Translating Electrolux strategy into current and future activities for Shared Services
• Define Strategy and develop the shared services and drive the strategic direction for the organization. 
• Align strategy with Group and Sectors, ensure local and central shared services organization goes in same direction.
• Make long term plans to drive change according to business priorities and strategy.
• Make decisions and drive processes to maximize customer value while minimizing cost
• Work across functions and sectors to align end-to-end process standardization and efficiency. 
• Act with speed and championing new opportunities in line with market trends.
• Explore new business opportunities, develops initiatives and generates innovative ideas beyond own area of responsibility.
• Assume full accountability for the teams’ actions and results.
 
People Leadership - Leading and empowering multiple teams across EMEA (total 750 people)
• Communicate the Electrolux strategic direction to influence and inspire others.
• Clarify goals and guide others to set appropriate objectives.
• Provide stretching assignments and ongoing coaching to support the learning and development of individuals.
• Empower for results by creating conditions for innovative ideas and a sense of acceptance of mistakes.
• Focus on team agendas and the success of Electrolux rather than on personal aspirations.
• Embrace the foundation and values of Electrolux and acts as a role model, also by dealing with inappropriate behaviour.
• Able to manage remote and virtual teams.
• Develop finance talent for the future.
• Support talent pipeline for sector and group positions.

Education & experience
(Minimum qualifications)

• Bachelor degree in business and/or management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management and/or operations excellence, both operationally and strategically.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, direct or indirect/ functional.
• Experience from a shared service organization highly preferred
