Head of Sales to Professional Food in Hvidovre, Denmark 

Our sales team in Professional Food is a driven dedicated team focusing on delivering the best solutions and experience for our customers. As the Head of Sales, you will be managing the budget processes, define and execute sales strategies and activities as well as continuously monitor our effectiveness in sales. You will utilize relevant market data to better predict and understand trends as well as analyze and define buying behavior in order to create optimal ways of working. 

Being the Head of Sales also means being a leader for others – You will coach and develop your sales team members, to create an efficient and motivated team where involvement and collaboration is key in order to drive change. As we move into the digital era it will be your responsibility to understand where and how to implement digital solutions in order to improve sales performance and identify potential new business.

• Experience in sales 
• 3+ years of experience in sales management
• Meriting with industry-specific knowledge
• Academic background in sales, marketing and/or leadership
• Well versed in MS Office
• Fluency in Danish and English, verbal and written
