Your Role

 

Your role as an HR & Admin Specialist will be multi-dimensional.  You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and executing HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

 

 

A Typical Day

 

  HR Roles

·        Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

·        Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

·        Administer compensation and benefit plans including payroll

·        Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

·        Support various HR programs such as employee engagements, Corporate Social Responsibility, teambuilding etc to create Great Place to work environment and culture

·        Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

·        Support to influence on line managers and employees for tasks around performance management

·        Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

·        Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

·        Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form through HR/IT systems

·        Co-Drive job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

·        Administrating and Managing to ensure compliance with labor regulations

 

Administrator Role

·        Support General Manager for scheduling and other contingent basis assignments

·        Manage office/IT administrations (office relevant items purchases, vouchers, Insurances renewal, legal entity documents management etc..) along with relevant functions or external partners

 

 

Who You Are

 

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        Experienced in HR&Admin around 3 years +

·        Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

·        Additional HR training & Recruiting experiences will be a plus

·        Outstanding knowledge of MS office

·        Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
