A regular day at work:

As  HR Administration & Payroll Manager, you will supervise employees’ services on HR Administration, Time and Attendance, Payroll for Electrolux Poland and keeping all processes in accordance with the labor law and social security. You will ensure compliance of undertaken actions and alignment of implemented procedures for employees with labor law requirements.
You will build positive relations between the employees and senior stakeholders HR Country Manager, HR Business Partners, Sites Managers, Country Holding Officer, Tax and Finance function.

You will run projects and initiatives depending on the needs including strong CI Focus.

As Team Manager, you will promote people development, support talent pipeline and ensure all people processes for team are followed.

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international manufacturing company. 
• Thorough knowledge of labor law, social security and tax issues related to the employment. 
• Good knowledge of Payer, PFRON, and MS Office (especially MS Excel). 
• A track record of driving change and delivering results.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of SAP and Enova would be a strong asset.
