Your Role

The HR Advisor will deliver professional HR expertise and sound judgement in the form of advice, coaching and general assistance on HR policy, guidelines and processes. This role will be the primary point of call for all employees at Electrolux providing support across all facets of HR including reward, recognition, benefits, learning & development, and payroll. In support of ongoing business improvement efforts, the HR Advisor will also participate and at times lead HR project initiatives.

You will join a high performing HR team that tackle real improvements to our workforce experience. Most recently, we co-created our Onboarding, Shape Your Wellbeing and WE Diversity & Inclusion programs to foster engagement

As the primary point of contact for all HR & payroll queries, your day will include providing generalist advice and support on human resource policy and practice including employment arrangements, remuneration, learning and development course coordination and cyclical activities. You will be responsible for all processes throughout the employment life cycle including the delivery of contracts and letters in line with our employment framework, management of our onboarding, reward, benefits and recognition programs and offboarding activities.

You will maintain and support various HR systems including our payroll, learning and HR platforms providing ad hoc metrics and reporting as required. You will assist in the preparation and delivery of annual and periodic activities including but not limited to the Salary Review, ABS reporting and the Employee Engagement Survey.

You will engage with the wider HR community to at times lead and support continuous improvement initiatives which may include the creation of knowledge materials, process guides, reference tools and service process workflow diagrams. As continuous improvement is our focus, our business requirements and roles are likely to evolve over time.

A Typical day

Support Line Manager and HRBP Onboarding & exit process
Establish development plan together with LM for employees
Support salary review processes according to Pay for Performance principle
Driving recruitment activities for blue collars positions and if relevant lower level of white collars positions
Supporting line managers to develop job description
Handling of daily employees complains and trying to resolve it within the company policy mainframe
Work with the HRBP to implement all Electrolux initiatives & HR projects according to the Electrolux people plan.
Participates in generating departmental periodic reports (HR KPIs), and reports and analysis needed related to people cost.
Support the HR Business Partner to make sure that Recruitment processes are aligned with Electrolux system and make all necessary communication with line managers & Egypt Talent Acquisition partner if needed.
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
Support and handle all Electrolux Initiatives & HR activities such as (EES , I Jam , Organization health assessment and employees rewarding, employee activities ...etc
Works on any HR projects needed within the country
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
Implement all social, cultural & sports activities on site.
Follow up and cover all medical insurance issues.
Cover social insurance issues for all site employees.
Aligns with central Training department to execute the training plan in an effective way
Conducts new-employee orientations.
Follow up on the internal communication plans.
Makes any required analysis regarding HR areas, recruitment, training, turnover across all levels with making corrective action plans and maintaining it.

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

University Degree
4-6 years of Experiences in HR field
Good organization and prioritization skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and demonstrated ability to learn other software as necessary
Maintaining confidentially
Technical Background in HR field
