As an HR Analyst & PMO, you are responsible for the overall support & coordination around implementation & operations of global HR application solutions across all HR Processes. You will collaborate with the global process owners of Payroll, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Reward & Recognition, Learning and Development to deliver these processes through relevant global HR solutions.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

Project management:

• Collaborate with Global HR Process Owners (Total reward, talent management, talent acquisition, learning…) and if needed, with IT, to identify global solutions & projects to deliver on global HR priorities & improve process efficiency. 
• Work with regional teams in order to ensure alignment & successful completion of global projects
• Support implementation and change management of HR Cloud solutions. 

Global HR process coordination & support:
• Support global operations of talent & total reward processes, working closely with global process owners to ensure successful, high quality, timely execution

Master-data management:
• Work closely with the local employee data owners and manage the global master data and CoreHR module, to ensure compliance & accuracy of data required for all of our HR processes
• Coordinate organizational mapping for Employee Engagement Survey
• Identify and manage common approach to documentation of data, template, historical records to ensure fluid continuity
• Collaborate with concerned stakeholders to ensure GDPR compliance across all HR solutions & processes.

Maintenance & process coordination:
• Remain a key point of contact with global external vendors of HR solutions for acquisition of new solution, implementation, operation & continuous improvement 
• Process change requests in the HR systems & modules and continuous improvement
• Manage incidents/problems/queries related to existing solutions in HR applications
• Impact analysis of new releases and testing (whenever required)
• User record audit and maintenance. 
• General review and improvement of the existing Security Roles architecture
• Manage organization structures in the system.

Manage and support other HR projects as the need arise.

Structured – In a fast-paced landscape, it is important that you remain structured and organized within your projects

• University degree in HR, IT or equivalent
• 5 years of working experience in the HR field especially in HR Project and HR cloud solutions
• Experience with implementing and working with HR processes and HR technologies 
• Experience in at least one global HR system implementation 
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a global environment
• Fluent English
• Fluency in at least one other European language; more is a real plus!
