The HRS & Payroll team in Porcia is looking for a motivated and with can-do attitude HR and Payroll Administration Specialist

The team is responsible for the administration, support and advisory of employees and Line Managers and they represent the point of contact for all HR administration related matters.

A typical day: 

•To  support the colleagues in the hr administration and Payroll department for the completion of the personnel administration actions;
•To help in documents creation and distribution (employment contracts, employee data/T&C changes letters, etc.);
•To collaborate with the team in day-by-day tasks (scheduling, filing, tracking information, etc.) and in continuous improvement initiatives;
•To support Recruiting, Hr and Employee Relations Specialist to resolve employee inquiries;
•To maintain a focus on customer service at all time.

Education & skills:

•Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and previous experiences in similar role (could be a plus);
•Sound understanding of Hr principles and administrative duties;
•Proficient in MS Office skills
•Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and English;
