SUMMARY:

Driving Brand Loyalty is the OS mission and this position is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing exceptional internal and external consumer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

TYPICAL DAY AT WORK:

As an HRBP, you will be the site HR lead, partnering with Sr Distribution Center Manager and the leadership team to create a consumer-centric organization. This role will be responsible for diagnosing potential issues as well as executing solutions that enable organizational success.

Minimum Qualification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of human resources business partner experience
  • Experience supporting both an hourly and salaried workforce
  • Experience in a distribution center and/or manufacturing environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong business acumen, understanding how people imperatives drive the business agenda and organizational priorities and objectives
  • Breadth of knowledge on HR practices, procedures and HR laws and regulations
  • Proven success in leading change initiatives
