HR BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE

The aim of HR Business Representative Role is to support HR Sector Heads and HR Business Partners for cross country and sector needs. Requires the deep understanding of the sector's plan and support HR Business Partners to deliver the HR Strategy of the supported sector through contributing on the focus areas of the Business and People Plan. 

A regular day at work:
• Facilitate the communication between the main stakeholders and HRS by being the main contact point for both parties.
• Manages and coordinates administrative and daily operational tasks on local, cross-country, cross-sector levels. (E.g., document creation & delivery, structure changes, position management) for the following processes (Hiring, Onboarding, Termination, Off boarding, Change in Terms & Conditions)
• Support main stakeholders with all HR processes (E.g., Talent Management, Annual Salary Review, STI setting and payout, Recruitment...etc.) by:
• Following up on the HR processes timeline.
• Assisting through the implementation of each process.
• Providing the needed materials, reports or data to ease the HR processes operation.
• Assist main stakeholders with global data collection depending on the need of the sector.
• Responsible for service governance for the sector which he/she represents overviewing the service delivery from HRS side. 
• Coordinates the improvement actions based on KPIs results/issues raised, playing important role in communication between HR Services and Sector, maintaining the service relationship between HR Services and Sector.
• Provide advice and suggestions to the main stakeholders but also to HRS employees concerning the HR services. 
• Foresee the needs of the business and propose solutions leveraging the HRS expertise.
• Be a partner in business related discussions and provide the support in driving the people strategy as consequence of business strategy.
• Support main stakeholders with special assignments and projects corresponding to HR area

Education & experience:
• Min 2 years of experience in HR
• Experience in an international environment
• Knowledge of HR processes is a must
• Knowledge of HR systems (SAP HCM) would be an asset 
• Very good Excel skills 
• Fluent in English
