HR Director, Sales Electrolux APAC&MEA

Providing people leadership solutions to the head of Sales and the Sales excellence team you will help shape a large part of our business. Being a member of the HR leadership of the region, your role will focus on accelerating development and enabling retention of our employees with the aim to drive performance. This position is an ideal place for a high achieving HR professional, with a strong track record within the commercial environment, self-driven, able to work with anyone, driven by results and talent development. You need to be a hands-on client facing business partner and organization effectiveness leader who is also a subject matter expert in commercial environments and has labor relations knowledge. Ideally, you have managed large business transformations, implemented organizational changes and worked in a complex matrix environment. To be effective, you should have a strong background working with total rewards across the region, managed various talent attraction and organization development initiatives.
What you will do:
You will be leading a functional team spread over the region hence an ability to lead, coach, and manage a remote team is key. You will work closely with a team of 5 senior HR BP’s managing today clusters in the region (functional reporting line). You will be part of the HR and Sales APAC&MEA regional Leadership teams. You will work closely with the CoE, HRS and global HR teams.
This position is located in Singapore. Reports operationally to the SVP Sales APAC&MEA and functionally to the VP Human Resources APAC&MEA.
Travel up to 40% of time.
