- HR Generalist
Business Unit -
Reports To - Operationally to: Taiwan General Manager;
Functionally to: East Asia HR Director
The human resource generalist is responsible for
performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with
senior management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following
functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training,
performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment,
affirmative action and employment law compliance.
A Typical Day
You will facilitate the administration of various human resources programs.
You will perform company benefit and government statutory benefits administration to include enrollments, terminations, claims resolution, change reporting, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and communicating benefit information to employees.
Conducts audits of various benefit plans, including reviewing corresponding payroll deductions to assure accuracy of information.
Recruits for open positions; posts jobs, sources candidates, reviews resumes, conducts phone interviews and in person interviews, and completes reference checks.
Facilitates onboarding of new employees; conducts new employee orientation
Tracks probationary period and send reminders to reporting managers
Verifies Human Resource information records and compiles reports from payroll database.
Process and file government requiredreports
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
In this role you will facilitate the administration of the performance management process, talent reviews, and employee engagement surveys
Facilitate the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinates organizational training and people development development programs
Conducts various research/special projects, (ie: Wellness initiative, reward and recognition, compensation, etc.)
Recommends new ideas, approaches and procedures to enhance the efficiency and value of the HR department.
Performs other related duties related to HR as required and assigned.
In this role, you will be dealing with
Electrolux’ internal and external customers. You should be confident in dealing
with leaders both from a country level and cluster/region perspective.

You should have a degree in Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or any related HRM course
At least 5+ years experience as a HR Generalist from a FMCG and Consumer Goods
You should have worked alongside leaders managing MUSD business
of this position must be fluent both in written and spoken Mandarin and
English. You should have experience in
utilizing HRIS software/s.
