A Typical Day

• You will support the execution of HR Operations activities primarily supporting onboarding process of new hires 
• You will support with execution of the company orientation program for new hires
• You will be given exposure on Employee Lifecyle processes which will provide fundamental knowledge on Human Resources tasks
• You will support support, if required, other process areas e.g. benefits administration, leave system/records, work permits activities, and other office admin work, 
• You will work as a member of the team, participating fully in team activities, taking responsibility for team goals and coaching and supporting other members of the team or other teams to increase their competencies and skills in HR Related areas.

• You have a positive working attitude with pleasant & excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You enjoy problem solving and suggesting improvements which will make the process more efficient 
• You are proficient in full Microsoft Office applications
• You are self-motivated, result and customer oriented 
• You are comfortable working independently and have strong energy and ambitions to understand the process better
