You will be based in modern office in Kraków , where there are also colleagues from Finance, HR and Technical Documentation. Currently we work from home and in the future we plan a hybrid work (40/60%).

Within Digital HR the People Technologies team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our digital solutions supporting Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent and Learning & Development. The team works closely with each process area in supporting and delivering on their vision and process. Through collaboration with these teams and other stakeholders, we ensure that we as a company stay in the forefront of what the Digital HR landscape has to offer. Our mission is to provide a state-of-the-art end user experience and processes in the tools we use for our employees to be engaged, grow and develop while working at Electrolux.

In addition to creating a solid end-user experience we also have a responsibility to a provide strong service delivery to our various stakeholders and teams we work with across all platforms within our echo-system. It is our responsibility is to ensure a holistic outlook so that we can deliver a great experience to all our customers and teams we work with.

With this in mind we are looking for a new HR IT Analyst for Learning & Development. In the Learning space specifically, we manage two instances of Cornerstone on Demand; one global instance and one for the EMEA sales force. The role is intended to drive the Learning area forward to enable a modern and attractive Learning platform for Electrolux’ employees. You will be part of a diverse and global team having a global responsibility of providing the best Learning software for around 50 000 people.

Your main tasks:

The main area of responsibility is to manage the configuration for the two Cornerstone Learning platforms that is being used at Electrolux; TalentONE and E-Lucid. 

Your responsibilities will include: 
-Configuration and maintenance of the HR Learning platform and EMEA Sales platform (Cornerstone on Demand)
-Requirement analysis and solution proposals through a consultative approach
-Adapt Cornerstone best practices of how to utilize and configure the Learning module for business value creation
-Ensure a state of the art UX across both L&D platforms
-Advice stakeholders on improvements and the latest technology enhancements in Cornerstone
-Quarterly release management activities, such as understand the potential impact of the release and take required measures
-Be on top of Cornerstone new releases and functionality and propose solutions to stakeholders
-Through a deep understanding of the Learning area in general, propose development opportunities for the functional area
-Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities
-Lead and/or participate in projects


Essential Position Requirements and personal traits:
-3-5 years of experience in working with HR SaaS, preferably Cornerstone
-University Master’s degree
-Strong understanding of and experience in Agile ways of working
-Strong understanding of the Learning functional area
-Digital mindset with end user focus
-Experience in working in diverse, multinational environment
-High standard of ethics and excellent interpersonal skills
-Great communicator and team player
-Strong problem-solving skills and consultative attitude
-Fluent English

-Additional languages in addition to English
