Your Role

Develops and implements the HR strategy of country you support, as an integral part of the North East Asia & APAC&MEA business strategy for business and people growth. Provides leadership on the people aspects of the business plans, provides solutions and advice to country management on people and organizational issues. Drives and implements Group and HR policies and programs and supports managers in engaging their people around the Company’s values, strategy and objectives. Working in close cooperation with country management team, a managing functional HRBP, this role supports an organization the country organization partnering with local management teams and their people, understanding and building upon the financial and operational plans of the unit he/she supports.

 

Leads the people management related agenda with internal clients, drives change management projects, and manages the HR related internal and external communications. As a member of the management team of internal clients, this role implements best practices into the organization, and shares the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery.

 

You will identify development plans for the business-critical position key employees and high-potential employees, identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization, and develops/deploys various resources and programs of talent development accordingly.

 

The role requires hands-on operations with strategic mindset and close cooperation to drive the delivery of all HR activities, as well as Headcount/Cost budgeting, tracking and reporting. The role also actively participates in recruiting, training, reward & recognition, performance management and culture building events.

This role is in charge of office general administration management through the allocated resources under HR team of the country.

 

A Typical Day

 Key Area Responsibility:

·         Set up and implement country people initiatives in line with business strategy

·         Recruits key talents for the internal client partnering with Talent Acquisition Team

·         Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary including org structure & competencies aligning with country GM and various stakeholders for business growth.

·         Identify country competencies gap and plan out development programs partnering with Talent Development Team.

·         Design and drive People engagement programs and initiatives aligning with various stakeholders 

·         Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positively in the people management

·         Plan and execute Talent Growth and succession pipeline build up with stakeholders

·         Work on government and compliance of HR across the country

·         Proactively supports the delivery of HR People Processes at the client’s side (Performance Management, Talent Review, Learning & Development, Compensation) partnering with Business Area HR COE team.

·         Managing Organization chart, make HC and Budget assumptions according to business needs and HR practice, track and update relative HC and Cost reports

In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’s  Internal customers. You should be confident in dealing with leaders from a country level and from region level perspective.

EDUCATION

§  You should have a degree, preferably business administration or so

 

EXPERIENCE

§  At least 7 years experience in the role of HR preferably as HR generalist or HRBP

§  Must have experience in HR field in multinational companies

§  Working knowledge of HR overall processes, local policies, people development, engagement programs      

 

You should have experience in utilizing (MS Office and HR IT tools).
