A regular day at work

Without you, there wouldn’t be anyone that pay the salaries on time and communicate with HRBP for our all issues. Besides payroll processes, a day at work for you would also mean HR assisting to all sectors in the country and make people happy with your kind support.

Education & Experience
• University degree from Business Administration/Human Resources
• Maximum 2 years’ experience in HR/Payroll 
• Fluent in English is mandatory

Daily tasks

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
• Highly motivated, teamwork oriented and, excellent interpersonal skills
• Prepare payroll details (bonuses, salary deductions etc.) and share with the outsourced payroll company 
• Check payroll data 
• Follow up local regulations (social security, labor law )
• Follow up group policies, translate and share with the organization
• Ensure the relations between employees and HRBP 
• Prepare legal declarations (labor forms)
• Support line managers with hiring/leaving processes ( collect suitable candidates from local career website, organize interviews, ask needed documents, prepare needed documents etc.)
• Collect signed payrolls from employees every month
• Contact with HRS team and ensure the information flow about changes in the organization and send needed monthly/quarterly reports
• Update job descriptions of all positions in the organization
