HR Business Partner

A regulary day at work:
You will report operationally to the HRBP PL Kitchen, and focus on a BA Europe R&D Food Preservation and R&D Food Preparations organizations. You will support line managers in engaging theirs employees around the values, strategy, and objectives while developing them so that their contribution to the business objectives makes a difference.
Responsibilities:

Acting as a Business Partner, a Talent Partner and a Model for the organization, you will:


• Act as true support for the groups assigned, to understand and anticipate business priorities and to support the drive for performance
• To understand actual and future business’s context, issues and challenges to provide advice to line managers. 
• Support HR Business Partner PL Taste in delivery of the people plan and HR strategy 
• Play an active role and masters in recruitment and people & organizational development processes
• Act as a trainer on as needed basis and support deployment of Global or Sector initiatives
• Play crucial part in design and execution of various HR projects delivered within the managed group
• Actively manages and owns the People resourcing plan
• Actively manages and executes the training plan together with line managers 
• Supports proactively the development Plan as a result of Talent Review and shares responsibility with supervisors of middle tiers in executing the agreed actions/plan
• Actively takes a “hands-on” approach to own work delivering training sessions and/or recruitment and Employer Branding activities when needed
• Actively undertakes activities to increase own competency portfolio to ensure best in class supply of talent tools and knowledge
• Creates a culture of embedded Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving
• Acts as a change manager in developing the organization to meet business goals
• Promotes and shows in own behavior the Electrolux Leadership model

Requirements:


• Relevant Business Management or People Science Orientation degree 
• Minimum 5  years of working experience as a professional is required and some managerial experience will be a strong asset
• Experience in recruiting and/or talent management is needed
• Specific HR knowledge and experience is required 
• Experience of working with or within a service center 
• Business experience (non-HR) is an asset
• A proven track record of working within HR, being capable of managing operational HR matters to support the business needs and being capable of dealing with dynamics in an evolving and fast-paced environment 
• Demonstrated 4 core competencies 
• Good knowledge of compensation and talent development policies and practices 
• Good analytical ability 
• The ability to think outside of the box
