HRS Learning & Development Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for Ambitious, Self-Driven and Confident young talent to develop your competency in Learning & Development operations. You will have hands on experience in the administration of Electrolux APAC & MEA Learning and Development processes. This role is for a young and dynamic talent who has a continuous improvement mindset and has insatiable hunger to create value for our people and business.
A Typical Day
1. LEARNING OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION
§ Align and review with TM Talent Lead all Learning programs being requested to be uploaded on Electrolux HRMS
§ Execute the end to end process of uploading and testing of learning programs into the Electrolux HRMS
§ Create curated learning content on Electrolux HRMS and LinkedIn Learning
§ Point of contact for employee inquiries on all Learning system administration
§ Draft and review with TM Talent Lead program communications and invitations
§ Send all learning program invitations to relevant invitee list; Manage online learning registrations
§ Arrange/coordinate learning and development program logistics
§ Execute learning & development evaluations
2. VENDOR MANGEMENT AND FINANCE LIAISON
§ Work with TM Talent Lead on learning programs that we partner with vendors
§ Maintain vendor master list and contract repository of all regional learning partners/vendors
§ Coordinate and schedule meetings with vendors
§ Manage all cost recharging to business and liaise with finance to ensure that programs are charged back to clients on time
§ Manage timely vendor registration and invoice processing
§ Ensure that all vendor payments are processed on time
3. LEARNING ACQUISITION REPORTS and DATABASE MANAGEMENT
§ Manage various Learning and Development reports on a regular basis
o Learning and Development Dashboard
o Learning / Program Evaluation Reports
§ Ensure accuracy of data on all reports and databases
§ Database Management
o Learning and Development Tracker / Report
o Learning and Development vendors database
o Maintenance of Learning & Development TEAMS site
§ LinkedIn Learning
o LI Learning Usage dashboard
o LI Learning administrator
4. HRS EXPERTISE
§ Ensure up-to-date knowledge on Learning & Development module of our HR Management System
§ Knowledge of Learning & Development policies and guidelines
5. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
§ Make sure that learning processes are streamlined and identify opportunities for improvement
§ Connect with stakeholders to understand pain points and drive / be part of the CI initiatives to improve those areas
§ Secure the processes that are managed are always documented and updated based
§ Identify processes that can be streamlined to create more efficiencies.
In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’ internal and external customers. You should be confident in dealing with subject matter experts and leaders both from a country level and region level perspective.

You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Electrolux management either as required by the business and/or as part of your career development plan.
§ You have an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or HR Learning Management
§ Diploma in Learning and Development is preferred but not a must
§ At least 3 years’ experience as a Learning Specialist or HR Specialist
§ Experience in using in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint is a must; Experience using Design tools (e.g. Canva, Spark, etc.) an advantage but not a must
