A Typical Day

  • Define Channel long term and short term Strategy that guarantee company superiority Vs competitors (Quarterly)
  • Set annual channel Goals and objectives to achieve company sales target (Annually)
  • Define Service package (MSL/MDL) Support provided per customer to increase market share and ensure the products in display (Monthly)
  • Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with Key customers (Annually)
  • Conduct quarterly review with Top management at Key customers to be on track with the signed contracts (Quarterly)
  • Present monthly business review to company top management with action plans to achieve department goals & objectives (Monthly)
  • Liaise with Product lines and Trade marketing operations for Activity Calendar for top customers in order to increase sales (Annually – before any activity)
  • Manage budget effectively (Spend less and make more) required and ensure not to exceed its limits (Monthly)
  • Familiarize Channel Market dynamics …its changes and its effect on channel growth, investment required in order to find new opportunities and increase sales (Weekly)
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve KPI’s targets and objectives (daily)
  • Create a second generation that can take charge in any channel to have a succession plan. (6 month)
  • Analyze and ensure targets are driven by SOM by family
  • Define KPI’s and its weight of incentive scheme that correlate overall objectives

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are?

  • University degree
  • Very Good command of English language
  • From 5 to 7 years  of experience in sales (Key Account) of which 3 years in a managerial position
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of direct marketing sales and services, and the ability to provide an integrated solution to prospects and customers
  • Ability to understand and deal with financial figures
  • Demonstrated Leadership & Strategic Thinking capability
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent Business Judgment ability
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Result oriented, high level of energy and accuracy.
