Full Time

•      Engage key EA stakeholders, build strong partnership between function and purchasing;
•      Expand purchasing coverage in EA, especially involvement in key categories;
•      Enhance Sourcing Board compliance and process management in EA;
•      Lead supplier selection, qualification, development, and overall supplier management for EA;
•      Effectively drive cost out initiatives and NOWC improvement activities for EA;
•      Support cluster leaders to develop consolidation opportunities;
•      Develop robust and easy-to-apply purchasing process for East Asia countries;
•      Develop local purchasing capability and build solid P2P process for local countries;
•      Enhance contract Management and NDA/SLA implementation;
•      Build qualified SBM pool for EA and start SRM;
•      Manage EA purchasing report, ensure accuracy and efficiency;
•      Foster innovation input from suppliers and promote it into Electrolux organization
•      Support Category purchasing managers for projects in EA;
•      Support ISS launch in EA and lead “spend analysis” module for APAC/MEA (if applicable)
•      Support ECIP projects in EA and own ECIP implementations for APAC/MEA (if applicable)
•      Lead “Professional Service” Category for APAC/MEA (if applicable), engagement stakeholders and manage category strategy for best supply management
•      In long run to lead “Travel” Category for APAC/MEA (if applicable) supporting global travel team
•      Comply with Electrolux Code of Conduct, Ethical and Compliance Rules
•      Coverage: 

  • Marketing         (supporting category manager)
  • IT                        (supporting category manager)
  • Real Estate & Office expenses (for East Asia cluster)
  • Local Logistics  (supporting category manager)
  • Travel                 (for BA APAC/MEA)
  • Professional Services         (for BA APAC/MEA)

Minimum Qualification

•      Fluent English is must;
•      Able to travel for business purpose;
•      Detail driven and perfect team player to support team members;
•      Minimum 5 years in purchasing or operational management or equivalent;
•      Wide knowledge about indirect management;
•      Solid record on commercial results delivered;
•      Experience on project management and proven record on results delivered;
•      Outstanding communication and cross function skills;
•      Strong service mind and proven capability on stakeholder engagement;
•      Experience about demand management or change management is preferred;
•      Able to successfully manage diversity and conflicts;
•      Self-driven with high integrity;
