Your Team/Your Role
As a member of our Wellbeing Design Team, you will contribute to our bigger goal of making a positive impact on people’s everyday lives by creating meaningful experience solutions. We are part of a global team of over 200 designers located in 8 different locations, working across 6 different business units and about 17 Product Lines.
As a Designer in Industrial Design, you will manage your own project deliverables, contribute to design explorations with a clear understanding of interdependencies and limitations, and to creative sprints/workshops with additional perspectives and inspiration. You will collaborate with Wellbeing teams in various global locations.
You will be a solid contributor to larger multifunctional projects, and also begin to lead small to medium sized projects with support from line managers under design identity.
On this level you will build up independence in preparation to make the shift to interdependent work.
Ideally you are equipped with both academic learning and professional practice and even better if it is in the Floor Care, Air Care and/or Small Domestic Appliance categories. You have contributed to a couple of products and have an understanding of how the design process should be applied in a professional environment. You are able to talk about your work and explain the rationale behind decisions.
