The Industrial Operations Controller (IO Controller) is responsible for monitoring the Industrial Operations of the Electrolux Professional (EPR) Louisville operations.  The responsibilities include reporting the monthly results, including operation reports, cost analysis and providing insights to help the productivity of the plant. The role produces the operational reports and analyzes business performance metrics to reveal trends, correlations, dependencies, and other insights, including cost-benefit analysis. The IO Controller will be a driving force in continuous improvement activities that impact the business. The role will also have been an integral part of interactions with the Global EPR Industrial Operations team.


  • Responsible for monthly closing of the  Industrial Operations of the Louisville plant, review, analysis, research fluctuation and communicate to management, including monthly plant metrics
  • Work with Engineering and Operations team in developing costs for new products, cost reductions on existing products, etc.  Provide on-going input in the process related to cost targets, etc.
  • Prepare product profitability reporting/analysis to drive targeted profitable growth 
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that reduce the cost of the operations
  • Prepare operational and capital expenditure forecasts and budgets, including tracking of the results 
  • Interact with Global EPR Industrial Operations, providing necessary input and insights to the Louisville operations
  • Prepare analysis and make recommendations on inventory improvement opportunities
  • Other departmental duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/ finance required
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience 
  • English mandatory and any other language desired
