Intellectual Property Paralegal


At Group Patent we make sure great ideas come to life by ensuring the safety of our IPs through collaborative efforts and in-depth legal knowledge. Being the guardians of our engineers’ creations we deliver next generation of innovation and competitiveness through business cases and legal frameworks.

In the ongoing expansion of our team we are also looking for an IP Paralegal to the HQ in Stockholm. You’ll support and work together with our attorneys and help develop our Paralegal function across other sites. You will work in a wide international network, with colleagues around the globe. We will be able to tailor the positions to either a Junior or Senior IP Paralegal having the right mind set and drive.

REGULAR DAY AT WORK
You will handle a wide range of tasks related to both Patents and Design. You will also work with clients, managing meetings, take notes and following up on decisions to make sure they are executed, both in cooperation with Attorneys but also individually. In addition to the ordinary IP paralegal task you’ll also work to develop the Paralegal function together with paralegals from other sites, driving change of the department towards the future.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 
• + 2 years in similar position 
• In-depth knowledge of Intellectual Property law and patent law
• Knowledgeable in MS Office 365
• Knowledgeable in IP management systems 
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
