Knowledge-Centered Service is a best-practices methodology that focuses on knowledge as the key asset of the organization. We offer unique opportunity to participate in the Internship Program dedicated to students who want to make their first step in Consumer Service / Knowledge Management area in an international environment.

A regular day at work

• Leverage the central knowledge in order to increase self-service across Europe
• Collaborating with marketing in improving self-service solution setup
• Supporting consumers across Europe for documentation support

Education & experience
• Student status
• Availability 20 hours per week for 3 months
• Very good English, both speaking and writing
