Investor Relations Manager

Investor Relations combines an exciting mix of finance, communication and business understanding. As an Investor Relations Manager, you will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-moving, and autonomous environment, with the purpose of establishing an efficient communication between Electrolux and its financial stakeholders which include sell-side analysts, current and potential shareholders. The Investor Relations department has high ambitions to implement best practice across all areas. You will work directly with senior executives as well as with other functions and business areas to build internal networks and ensure consistent and integrated communications across channels. You will be part of the Investor Relations team comprising of 4 members and report to Head of Investor Relations.

Typical day

-Plan and manage the execution of investor activities and major projects incl. capital markets day, annual general meeting, investor/analyst meetings and roadshows
-Play a key role in the development of annual reports and interim reports incl. presentations and Q&A
-Build and drive financial communication strategies incl. contributing to the development of Electrolux equity story (investment case)
-Analyze and target investors and schedule investor meetings to support interaction with the institutional investment community
-Act as a point of contact for analysts and investors
-Provide competitive intelligence; analyzing the market, stakeholders such as analyst research, media, and feedback from the investment community
-Build internal and external networks and ensure consistent and integrated communications across channels

Who you are 
-Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing, in addition to very good presentation skills
-Strong attention to detail, organization and process skills. Capacity to lead projects
-Enjoys a fast paced, high intensity environment
-Strong analytical skills and financial acumen 
-Team player; the position involves both internal and external collaboration. A key requirement is to enjoy working as part of a team, sharing ideas and jointly completing assignments
-Highly motivated and a learner that enjoys taking initiative, finding new ways of working and being proactive
-Open to travel to investor meetings and conferences 

Education & experience
-A university degree in Finance or Business Administration
-Minimum 7 years’ work experience in a relevant job field
-Fluent in English and Swedish - both spoken and written. Knowing other languages is beneficial. 
-Experience in investor relations is an advantage
-Knowledge of the appliance sector is a plus
