You will be based in Assago (MI) in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning, and other functions.

You will be an IT contact point, working closely with the business to operate the renewal of the applications landscape. This entails both rolling out new local solutions as well as maintaining and supporting existing applications, in a perspective of integration with global / sector IT solutions.

The position is part of the Local Application Management team, supporting business areas mainly connected to Administration, Sales, Purchasing and HR and working in close cooperation with other teams in Global IT.

Tasks:
•Lead IT maintenance of existing applications and implementations of new Process & Application requirements.
•Work with and support local key users where necessary to document change requirements. Create, analyse and validate detailed functional specifications.
•Responsible for local IT applications and contribute to build related IT roadmap locally.
•Monitor and solve local incidents and resolution times and escalate as necessary.
•Manage relationship with internal/external developers and drive the prioritization of backlog items based on the business input.
•Coordinate the testing of new application functionality with the Key Users, particularly cross functional activities.
•Work with the Global teams and local management team to ensure the local business environment and requirements are understood.

Qualifications:
•High service and customer orientation as well as process-oriented thinking and acting, good communication skills, sense of responsibility, motivation, analytical thinking, and a systematic goal-oriented way of working in a team are required.
•Professional experience in application support or worked as an IT consultant in the application area. Knowledge of modern application management, especially service, configuration, incident and problem management.
•Good knowledge of databases.  (First) experience with ERP software, document management and workflow systems.
•Basic knowledge of Active Directory user administration.
•Practical experiences in all project phases from the requirement analysis to the realization and introduction. Knowledge of agile project methods is an advantage. 
•Proven expertise in the handling of technical business processes as well as organizational skills and the ability to work in a team.
•Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and aligning on prioritization
•Proven prior experience (even if brief) in Programming/Development and System Interfacing techniques
•Experience with various architectures (Web, Enterprise), reporting, power BI and methodologies will be considered as a plus
•Willingness to travel up to 25%

Language Requirements
•Fluent in Italian and English
