IT business analyst - Service
As IT analyst for ServiceNow, you are critical part of the team to be responsible for the Service Now solution development proposal, drive service management process and improvement within Electrolux IT.
You should have good knowledge with ITIL or IT4IT framework. Have worked in ServiceNow with hands on experience.
You will work closely with other Electrolux IT teams. We are responsible with global IT process and service management process, you are expected to drive improvement with collaboration with each region (Business Area) and global central functions. Employee experience and user experience centric is essential part of the job.
It is expected that you are able to independently drive and organize work, are collaborative and able to find solutions even in challenging situations. You should have experience in the past to work with application development, understand IT application development cycle.
A successful candidate should be able to combine solution design with hands on operational tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Configure and customizing solution in ServiceNow for enhancement and service request, for core process models including incident management, change management, configuration management, problem management, asset management etc
•Provide training how to use ServiceNow when required
•Participate in ServiceNow roadmap discussion
•Maintain operational excellence in all service delivery ensuring a secure, reliable, available, compliant and cost effective environment
•Identify IT service management improvement area, drive discussion for implementation with global team
•Drive and participate in project or enhancement discussion
•Prioritization of activities for the product combining both business and technical aspects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
•Experience with ITIL or IT4IT process. Have experience working with service management is a plus
•Having official ServiceNow admin certification is preferred, or have good hands on experience with ServiceNow
•Work experience in service management area for number of years
•Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and evolving priorities are a part of normal operations
•Willing to drive and implement improvements
•Enjoy working with team and global environment
•Able to dive into new subjects and quickly learn new technologies and translate them into implemented solutions
•Very good English skills, both verbal and written
