Electrolux IT is responsible for the IT strategy of the Electrolux Group and for developing and supporting an extensive range of solutions, systems and applications that are fundamental for all of the Group's operations around the world.

As a Business Controller, you will be part of the Finance IT team based in Stockholm and report to the Finance Director for Global IT. Finance IT team is expected to provide full visibility of cost development both in the short and long-term in the rapidly changing IT environment and the Finance IT organization need to ensure the control of ongoing running costs within the Global IT Organization.

The team consists of three Business Controllers and an Accounting Team and there is close cooperation with the Global Shares Service Organization providing Finance Services.

A typical day
You will work with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global IT spend and provide analysis, control and transparency of the IT spend. You will provide Global IT Management team with analysis and ensure the right level of planning, control and visibility. You will work closely with IT Department Managers in providing analysis and support in measuring the benefits of investments and providing business case analysis. You will also have close contact with Sector IT representatives in providing transparency of IT charges.  

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the IT Management team with relevant financial information and analysis of the IT spend.
• Reporting to Group and Business Sectors on actual and budgets and forecast.
• Assist the IT organization with analysis of project spend and ensure that the project cost meets the projected expenditure.
• Co-ordinate accounting matters with regards to monthly closings.

Education & experience:
• University degree in Business Administration/Finance or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within Controlling.
• Experience of working in an international and dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of IT tools such as SAP and MS Office.
• Experience within IT is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
