The P2P lead will actively partner with business groups to implement and optimize functionality within the EluxOne solution set.  The role will incorporate a blend of capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements, creating configuration documentation, ensuring configurations meet business needs, managing projects to implement SAP PTP functionality, and provide reporting and analytics.  You will also support the business by performing system maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and helping to manage interfaces between up and downstream systems, and act as a liaison between technical and business teams.  You will work in a self-directed and independent manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Partner and support Global process owners to define the functional execution of key business processes including the technology overlay / enablement of key process steps and process adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology groups to ensure business project requirements are met with innovative and scalable technology solutions.
  • Prescreen and qualify requests for changes / enhancements to process and/or technology enablement capabilities.
  • Document Procure to Pay business processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Provide expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvements.
  • Work in a team environment and provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams.
  • Maintain an inventory of Procure to Pay business processes and coordinate updates to the inventory working with the Finance Operations team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert by providing advanced functional knowledge and support for the SAP P2P system implementation covering end-to-end Procure to Pay processes, including item setup, pricing, supplier master data, procurement, and inventory management.

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Procurement / Supply Chain experience and/or equivalent degree qualification.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a Procure to Pay (P2P) implementation or process improvement role preferably in logistics, manufacturing and/or warehouse management.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and Procure to Pay or Procurement software packages.
  • Proven experience with SAP MM module.
  • Desirable previous experience with SAP Ariba.
  • Previous experience driving transformational change at large organizations using process design methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • System implementation experience.
  • Ability to lead a team, work independently and within a team environment.
  • Highly motivated individual who can follow through and work with minimal supervision or direction.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with senior stakeholder management, influence, and alignment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
