IT Finance Business Analyst

As an IT Finance Business Analyst for Consumer Service projects, you will be part of the Electrolux IT Solutions Team and report to the Head of Finance Solutions BA Europe. Your primary focus will be to manage the Consumer Centric European rollout of SAP C4C solution for all finance aspects. You will be a key player in the IT team and will be working very closely with the business finance users. You will engage with all business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ascertain a clear understanding of business requirements that you will translate into solutions where problems or opportunities are identified.
This role entails both rolling out the existing blueprint together with new solutions as well as help the business organization understand how to leverage technology in the best way to innovate and simplify the Electrolux business. The exciting part is that you will be responsible for all the phases of the project rollout (to analyze, design, build, test, cutover, go live).

To succeed in this role you need to have a good overall knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules with special interest in profitability analysis and internal order accounting.  A good understanding of credit card payment process is also welcome. You will be independently driving and organizing the activities required in executing the agreed IT plan from a project perspective, keeping a mix between the strategic objectives of our long-term vision with hands on operational implementation tasks. 
This is a full-time position based in Krakow, Poland. Some travel will be expected within Europe, we estimate around 20-30% of the time. 

What you will do:
•Develop and govern the blueprint for all finance aspects of the C4C solution
•Analyze new business requirements (prioritize, assess impact on current solution, estimate complexity and effort to deliver)
•Design new solutions (define to-be processes, write functional specification, present demos, Obtain business sign off)
•Deliver new solutions (work with developers to ensure timely, high quality development and test activities)
•Drive improvement activities
•Cooperate with other functional team members to ensure consistent end-to-end solution
•Perform analytics and data migration 
•Training and competence follow within the area

Very good command of English (written and spoken) is a must.
