Your Role
Be a part of SharePoint Team based in Kuala Lumpur, MY
Responsible for leading day-to-day operations and BAU state for company’s regional sales, finance, and factory SharePoint applications
Lead the migration project of all existing SharePoint 2013 applications in APAC-MEA to SharePoint Online
Have expertise in all phases of the application development process in building highly efficient and scalable solutions
Define or use a framework for a common way of working through developing common processes which are robust and meet the business requirements under collaboration
Liaise with external business partners and internal IT resources to design and implement deliverables
SPOC for key business SMEs to discuss SharePoint issues, challenges, requirement (while following the demand intake process).
Collaborate deeply with Cross Functional teams i.e., Sales, Finance and Product Line to gather and document requirements
Collaborate with global team for hardware maintenance, licensing, compliance, version upgrade etc.
Work with vendors to drive the projects and maintenance activities


A Typical Day
Manage workload and priorities to meet project objectives and produce quality project deliverables
Structured, business focused with hands-on problem-solving skills
Ability to engage in executive & senior-level SharePoint design discussion across multiple different business area.
Equally capable of working on implementations as well as on support projects and balance with flexibility and speed
Working closely with SharePoint and non-SharePoint teams for integrated applications

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are?
Minimum 8-9 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint
Minimum 2 year of experience on SharePoint Online
Experience working with other collaboration tools to facilitate development & integration
Leadership role which requires the passion & mindset to continuously learn new technologies and acquire diverse experience over years to develop into a Security and Compliance Architect
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to aggressively support business with robust IT solutions
Good communication skills, organized, multi-tasking, assertiveness are skills that will help being successful on this role.
Drive solution development through requirements gathering, analysis, discovery, solution delivery etc.,
Able to collaborate with business, vendor & strong desire to excel
Able to work independently (manage workload and work with minimum supervision) as well as be a strong team player

Key Technologies: SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, MS Power Platform, C#, Web API 2, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS2/CSS3, HTML5
Good understanding of Enterprise data models and Database Technologies like MS SQL server and MYSQL.
Ability & desire to take ownership of SharePoint architecture of project, lead design, build & support
Flexible & adaptable; able to work with tight deadlines
Willing to take up new challenges/areas/modules
Ability to work with global/regional teams to develop a robust design that is scalable and highly reliable for complex enterprise system environments
