Your Role

Regional Marketing Technology Platforms Manager leads the design, implementation, adoption and operations of the foundational marketing technologies for the region. He or she represents the business needs in the region and cooperate with global technology teams to ensure leverage and scalability.

A Typical Day

  • Technology partner for the business team
  • Design and optimize the Marketing technology platforms and operations
  • Translate business priorities and goals into short to long term technology solutions and processes
  • Research, evaluate, recommend and purchase marketing technology systems for the region
  • Implement new, maintain existing systems and operations
  • Integrate Martech systems with non-Martech systems
  • Simplify technology landscape and automate processes
  • Support and implement the technical operations of the data and visualization platforms
  • Work closely with the technology vendors and maintain existing vendor partner relationship
  • Lead new vendor selection for marketing technology systems
  • Gatekeep the tech stack, approve/veto technology purchases
  • Own the data governance and data quality within the marketing technology stack
  • Ensure all marketing technology systems meet security standards and legal requirements
  • Supervise and train the users across multiple business functions

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

  • Degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience (preferably degree in both computer science and marketing)
  • 8+ years of experience in the marketing or/and technology role
  • Experience in managing tech teams
  • Software engineering experience is a plus
  • Experience with marketing technology products and platforms (former regional role is a plus)
  • Hands-on experienced with agile or lean startup methodologies in tech/non-tech teams
  • Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
