IT Project Manager
IT Project Manager, Electrolux Japan
main IT platform in Japan is Iscala used for
customer relationship and financial management. And also there are multiple
application such as EDI, Instaedge support end to end business process.
Electrolux Japan also plan to implement SAP in Q3 2020.
The role is expected to:
•Works with business senior executives to align technology solutions with business strategies and contributes to the project management process.
•Work to identify and deliver IT solutions that enable and deliver business value.
•Identify opportunities for driving innovation and business process excellence in the business to enable one Electrolux by use of appropriate IT tools and applications.
•Drive contribution from IT and value from IT.
Key Operational Responsibilities
(Identification of job content in terms of outputs)
•Works with business management team to align technology solutions with business strategies and contributes to IT project management process.
•Work with business management team with a paradigm of IT being a technological facilitator to improve business efficiencies to enhance and optimize IT investments in Applications.
•Advises business executives on the risks and benefits of using technology to build competitive advantage and improve business performance
•Works with business and IT executives to measure business and IT performance metrics, and measures, tracks and reports on benefits realization and customer satisfaction levels.
•Direct personnel involved in the development and implementation of new applications and/or maintenance and support of the existing application portfolio for Electrolux , Japan.
•Actively build cross-functional and cross-competence collaboration within and outside the direct area of control.
•Design and deliver innovative costs effective application solutions to meet business requirements
•Identify and drive opportunities for synergies across IT in Electrolux.
Additional responsibilities outside of standard job responsibilities
-Playing key role for EDI implementation in terms of requirement confirmation with customers.
-Working as main contact person for order taking, logistic and invoicing when the business starts with new customer.
Competences needed (Education / Experience / Skills /
Competencies / Languages)
Technical Skills :
•Must have solid experience of managing core ERP such as Iscala.
•Proven record of developing and managing IT application projects and/or support organizations
•Previous experience in managing third party resources and services for offshore support and development of IT applications.
•Experience of identifying, structuring and implementing solutions around IT applications in a project environment
•Ability to prepare and present material to all levels, including Senior Management.
Excellent in Japanese and Should have good ability to converse in English or Chinese.
6-8 years or more IT experience
