For our Business Area North America, as part of the IT Consumer & Customer Solutions team, we are seeking for a Project Manager who will report to the IT Regional Program Manager.  You will be an active part of the team and instrumental in helping us develop a world-class Ownership Solutions business model.  Your role’s primary focus will be to manage activities that extend our EluxOne solution set to our spare part distribution centers in North America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing projects, developing project plans, tracking status, resource planning, and managing issues, risks, and budget.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and deadlines.
  • Delegates tasks to team members best positioned to complete them.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress forward.
  • Partners with team members and stakeholders to identify and define requirements and objectives.
  • Perform coordinating duties including meeting planning, scheduling and execution, risk management, stakeholder management, test planning and execution, and go-live cutover planning and execution.
  • Identifies challenges and issues and escalates them to the Program Management Office in a pro-active and constructive manner. Develops and proposes new and original ideas, approaches, and solutions to challenges, and tracks items through resolution.
  • Supports functional leads in coordinating project activities.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation artifacts including project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, budget trackers, requirement documentation, etc.

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiar with Project Management best practices. PMP highly desirable.
  • 3 to 5 years project management experience.
  • Experience managing User Acceptance Testing and Production Cutover activities for large, complex ERP programs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project and/or equivalent project management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a team, office and/or virtual environment with onshore and offshore colleagues.
  • Experience with large SAP implementations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
