You will be located in Krakow and you will work closely with the Cluster IT Team to fulfil the IT requirements for users in Krakow office.
As an IT Service Specialist, you will support local IT services as well as deliver cross functional projects. You will be required to create and maintain good working relationships with the ITBP and local business to ensure we are continuously working towards supporting a convergence of business ideas with IT delivery.
Your main tasks:
o Provide support for local IT services and contribute to build related IT roadmap locally
o Contribute to the business development processes from IT perspective
o Contribute to maintain IT operational excellence in service delivery ensuring a secure, reliable, available, compliant and cost-effective environment
o Administration of IT services, processes, and other office management related topics
o Deliver local Infrastructure Services
o Establish and build relationships with users in the Cluster organization
o Able to work and communicate with users in Polish and English
Business Process Improvement
o Support a convergence of business ideas with IT service
o Assist the business in driving the delivery of business benefits from IT and process improvement initiatives.
o Support the implementation of workplace applications and other changes
o Support the local user to understand and follow IT processes
o Follow the Group IT strategy, standards and procedures
o Support end users in local incidents resolution
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT role
Excellent communication skills: Respond individually and appropriately to each customer inquiry. IT issues communicated to the customer in an understandable way.
Strong service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to learn and improve the current expertise.
It is an advantage if the candidate has:
o Good knowledge of Windows Server/Terminal Server/Active Directory and IT environment
o Experience in network technology (VLAN, IP routing, VPN, etc.) and IT infrastructure hardware components
o Knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office package
o Basic knowledge of Citrix Metaframe, SQL (MS SQL Server)
