We are looking for an architect or (civil) engineer as Junior Real Estate Specialist (JRES) to strengthen the Corporate Real Estate Management Team of BA Europe (“CREM-Team”).

Together we are creating the human centric homes for the Electrolux employees and business, namely offices, factories, and warehouses.

You will be working in a remote team of five corporate commercial and technical real estate specialists based in Poland and Germany. Despite different locations, we work closely together, at the same time expect that everybody is working self-dependent and autonomously.

You will be based in Poland and assigned to the Electrolux office in Krakow.

The team is covering all European countries. Flexibility and traveling in Europe is required.

Your tasks will include the following:
·  Manage real estate projects for internal clients: Create new or modify existing premises.
·  Explore, understand, and “convert” business needs into layout and outfitting plans.
·  Support factory extension projects in Poland and construction related tasks.
·  Apply and co-develop advanced corporate real estate concepts for workplaces
·  Contribute to the development of the corporate real estate management function and “Continuous Improvement” in Electrolux (process & efficiency improvements)
·  Use, maintain and co-develop CRE standard tools (e. g. workplace modeler, agreement templates, standardization drawings).

Your assignments will require:
·  Planning, project management, supervision of construction works and planning services end to end from need analysis to snag removal.
·  Ability and joy to explore and understand business needs and skills and know-how to convert those into plans.
·  Use of 3D and other visualization tools to foster purposeful communication with internal clients.
·  Close collaboration with internal clients and external partners/suppliers (landlords, project managers, construction companies, etc.).
·  Manage punctuality (time), quality (content/scope) and budget (cost).

·  University degree as engineer (architecture or civil engineering or construction).
·  2 years of work experience in an engineering firm, planning, project or construction management or extensive internships in those fields during university education.
·  English on B2 level or higher – in speaking and writing.
·  O365 environment plus MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) – advanced user.
·  MS Project.
·  AutoCad, SketchUp, Rendering and animation tools (3D animation and virtual reality tools).
