We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the sales of Electrolux professional equipment across Russian Federation and also CIS countries. Our team is based in Moscow, Russian Federation, staying in close contact with other regions and countries. Developing our professional consumer electronics business with the biggest chains / key accounts our main goal is to maximum satisfy our customers' expectations and create better experiences for their easier and more pleasant wellbeing.
A typical day at work:
Your main responsibility within a team would be to maintain a strong and effective cooperation with existing customers (chain and key accounts) and to follow up its development by implementing an efficient customer oriented approach (sales, service, after sales). Besides, your task would be to detect new clients for our products and to start up cooperation with them. One of the challenges here would be to learn and understand clients' business, their needs and to meet the requirements both in terms of business optimization and in terms of products contributing into it. By taking over the responsibility for defining and adapting service and product offers for chains and major key accounts in assigned area, you would demonstrate products’ technical features and benefits, provide any kind of consultancy to customers. - University degree (technical education would be an advantage).
- Working experience in B2B sales at food service segment.
- Working experience in international company would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Native Russian;
- Fluent English.
