KCS Process Analyst
within Consumer Service BA Europe

We are looking for a self-reliant KCS Process Analyst with very good data analytics skills and a positive attitude who will join our Team in Kraków office!
Knowledge-Centered Service is a best-practices methodology for managing knowledge and the approved methodology within Electrolux. KCS Process Analyst will support in implementing this methodology throughout the European countries by working with data analytics, preparing training materials and being in direct contact with the countries. KCS Process Analyst is a member of KCS Center of Excellence.

A regular day at work:

• Supporting European countries with KCS as a way of working
• Supporting European countries with data on both consumer and agent behaviour 
• Maintaining training materials to support KCS as a way of working 
• Supporting KCS Coaches in KCS adoption
• Offering support for Digital Care Program


• Are a self-reliant with a positive attitude
• Are able to work effectively within set deadlines 
• Are a proactive person with a drive and strong communication skills
• Are confident to take individual responsibility

Experience & Education:

• Min. 1 year of working experience with data analytics/in consumer service area
• Very good level of written and spoken English as a must
• Very good data analytics skills (very good Excel skills, BI tools experience would be a plus)
• University degree
