The Key Account Manager will part of the Turkish team and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship for E-commerce and modern channel with the small appliances market and will be responsible for the implementation of a growth strategy, forecasting, and achieve sales and channel P&L.

A typical day 
 
Leading & spreading the relationship with your key customer, you’ll look beyond ‘selling in’ to working in partnership to help your customer ‘sell out’. That involves collaborating with colleagues across the business, to own and build a client relationship that delivers mutual success and continues to grow.  To leverage pricing, promotions, events and campaigns, you’ll hit targets your way, always with the customer experience front of mind.    

Duties & Responsibilities


• Build, Develop & retain a long-term relationship with the key accounts 
• Responsible for the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• To formulate strategies for strengthening assigned accounts and maximizing the company’s potential to establish business partnerships.
• Identifying and capturing opportunities for optimizing performance, growth and market share 
• Provide regular sales forecasting and visibility into sales activity and deliver business commitments
• Negotiation of the annual contracts including pricing and terms
• Liaison with product management to optimize range per key account
• Monitor performance against objective and follow up with key account
• Monitor competition activity and act proactively
• Communicate with demand flow to ensure product availability
• Manage accounts receivables within company guidelines
• Planning sales promotional activities including advertisement
• Ensuring that the shop- floor staff are given appropriate training

Education & experience 

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 8 years of experience in sales with a focus on key accounts management within small appliances
• Successful track record in a similar Key Account Management role 
• Excellent relationship building skills 
• Very good English commands
• Native Turkish speaker
• MS Office practitioner
