ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a function responsible for:
• Developing long-term relationships with the key account(s)
. Contribute to the development of the strategic plan for his/her customers. Develop sales and key account plans in line with the Electrolux policy to keep overall objectives and strategy and be responsible for their successful execution
• Identifying and capturing opportunities for optimising performance, growth and market share
• Negotiation of annual contracts including; pricing, terms and conditions
• Liaison with product management to optimise the range per key account(s)
• Monitor performance against objectives and follow-up with the key account
• Monitor competition activity in the key account and act on the situation
• Track and follow-up account receivables
• Communication with demand flow to ensure optimised product availability
• Planning sales promotional activities, including advertisement and POS 

Minimum Qualification

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Excellent selling and convincing skills with diplomatic approach
• Marketing interest
• Sales, customer and consumer oriented
• Disciplined with strong administrative skills: system development (Excel)
• Autonomy, initiatives, team spirit, service oriented and organized
• Creative thinker and strong communicator (presentation skills) with visionnaire mind-set
