Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to become a part of our Sales Team, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Working with one of the biggest clients, the main objective would be to secure profitable and sustainable business operations in major appliances categories in line with the company annual targets. Commercial terms and conditions with partners, achieving sales KPIs , driving for price and mix improvement, working on market share both offline and online in line with our brand, product and distribution strategies - this is what you would focus on daily. Collaborating with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Line, Logistics teams you would be the major interface to your partners to drive for outstanding business performance.
A typical day at work:
Your main responsibility within a team would be to actively drive daily sales and business operations with partners. You would prepare detailed monthly and quarterly target setting, follow up results and define, drive corrective actions as needed; monitor, follow up partners’ profitability (brand, product category, model level) and define actions in case if improvement needed; make timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability; define, coordinate and support advertising and promotion activities; follow up stock levels to secure high product availability. Apart from this, issues and problems raised from customers would be under your responsibility (also to deal with complaints, coordinate responsive actions internally and externally). Following internal rules and procedures, you would actively participate in the annual budgeting process, drive digital transformation in areas where it is relevant for the accounts, take part in company activities aiming at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, inventory and accounts receivable.

- High education.
- 3-5 years of experience on the position of KAM preferably in consumer electronics, although could be other business areas.
- MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Driving license (B category).
- Native Ukrainian.
- Intermediate English.
