Your Role

 

This role is responsible to achieve the sales target by managing our key client and working closely with Head of Sales.

 

A Typical Day

 

1.  Key Account Head Quarter management:

·        Make an agreement on selling strategy and action

·        Response to the inquiries from Head Quarter.

·        Process transaction of payment, contract.

 

2.  Key Account Top retailer management:

·        Call Top doors and build relationship to promote Elux product

·        Educate store clerks

·        Keep display perfectly

 

3.  Key Account Business Planning:

·        Create sales forecast based on the business plan agreed with Head of Sales.

·        Monitor sell-out progress and modify sales plan according to the progress.

·        Manage spending.

 

In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’s   External customers. You should be confident in dealing with leaders both from a country level perspective.

For you to succeed in this role, you should be:

 

Account Plan & Customer Management :  Represent Electrolux to the trade; demonstrate exemplary execution of Electrolux values with business partners and emerging businesses

Develop strategic plans for respective customers that are consistent with overall sales division strategies.

Identify opportunities and related risks; assess situation and propose action

Execute plans regarding distribution, merchandising, pricing, and product placement including negotiating contracts and various programs with customers

Leads a cross functional Electrolux account team towards achieving desired business results (Marketing, Trade Marketing,  Finance, OS and Senior Management)

Seek consensus and approval from internal stakeholders for proposed plans; negotiate with accounts to achieve company's best position

Seek out decision makers and influencers; create positive working relationships across all levels of the business

Customer P&L Management :   Be accountable for customer P/L NSV and GP especially focusing on rebate control.

Manage funds and resources for the best return on investment; analyze data and implement high quality solutions and actions to drive business proactively with customer

Monitor retailer sales and inventories; assess risks and opportunities; communicate and implement best profit and high customer satisfaction solutions

Ensure accurate and timely submission of customer specification and promotional contracts.

Sales Forecast Accuracy :   Builds and submit accurate sales forecasts including basic, promotional, display volume, returns, and markdown expenses

Conduct a monthly forecast review meeting to identify the gap reason in all aspects with trade marketing team , Mktg, and GM support & Other functions when appropriate

Others: – Improve environment of Top retailers by own as focus shopper touch point

Develop new customers and business channels as needed

Provides accurate and timely crucial market, trade and competitive information to the related department.

Liaise w/Distributor Sales to download information and get help when necessary

You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Electrolux management either as required by the business and/or as part or your career development plan.

 

EDUCATION

§  You should have a degree in University.

 

EXPERIENCE

§  At least 3 years experience as Key Account Manager.

§  Must have experience in Appliance sales

§  Working knowledge of Sales  

 

You should have experience in utilizing MS office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
