Key Account Manager


We are looking for a strong professional in Key Account Management to join our sales team based in Budapest, Hungary. 
Key objectives are to secure profitable and sustainable business operation in major and small appliances categories in line with the company annual targets. 
You will negotiate commercial terms and conditions with partners, to achieve sales KPIs , drive for price and mix improvement, improve our market share both offline and online in line with our brand, product and distribution strategies. Collaborating with Customer Service, Marketing/TMO, Product Line, Logistics teams you will be the major interface to your partners to drive for outstanding business performance.  


Your focus will be the following:

•Actively drive daily sales and business operations with partners
•Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly target setting, follow up results and define, drive corrective actions as needed
•Monitor, follow up partners’ profitability (brand, product category, model level) and define actions in case correction, improvement needed
•Timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimised product availability.
•Define, coordinate & support advertising and promotion activities 
•Follow up stock levels per KA to secure high product availability
•Monitor display share for each KA and secure adequate presence of products at the point of sale for both offline and online sales
•Resolve issues and problems raised by customers and deal with complaints, coordinate responsive actions internally and externally
•Follow up AR collection together with the credit management
•Provide feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and competitor activities to facilitate quick and appropriate response to changing market conditions.
•Actively participate in the annual budgeting process.
•Pro-actively participate in company activities aiming at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, inventory and accounts receivable (NOWC)
•Assist the annual contracts negotiations with the aim to optimise long-term value creation.
•Adequately communicate results, identify development opportunities as well as possible threats and obstacles to the management.
•Drive digital transformation in areas where it is relevant for the accounts

•Ability to create and carry out business plans short and mid term, with analytical and strategic thinking.

Education and experience

•College or university degree
•3-5 years proven experience as KAM in the area of sales / account management with a proven sales record preferably in the home appliances market. Cross functional work experience in Sales environment (Product line, Product marketing) is an advantage. 
•Good knowledge of the home appliances market (Electric retail, offline/online)
•Good understanding of E-commerce fundamentals
•Good understanding of Finance and Revenue management
•Native Hungarian, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
•MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•B categroy driver´s license
