You will either be home based in a Southern Finland location or based in Helsinki in our modern office setting. In the office you will have 80 colleagues in functions such as Sales, Marketing, Product Line & the Contact Center all working with the same purpose: To shape living for the better.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, passionate relationship builder to nurture the partnerships with our Key Account customers in Construction. Together, you and your team manage a complex business where we are market leaders, and in which trust and credibility will be your most valuable currency. To stay preferred partner to our customers, you ensure we provide best in class service and advice that provide mutual benefits and ensure strong long-term relationships. In this role, you have the opportunity to truly shape the way of living for thousands who move into new built apartments.

Your main tasks:

Lead and spearhead the relationships of the local accounts in the area of Southern Finland as well as your assigned national Key Accounts
Maintain and grow our position as market leader
Build bridges with colleagues in other functions and sales channels

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Min 3 years working with complex B2B sales
Knowledge of procurement and tenders
Experience from Construction industry is desirable, but not a requirement
Required languages: Fluent Finnish written and spoken, as well as high level of English.
