Key Account Manager E-tailers

Electrolux España, based in Madrid, is looking for a Key Account Manager E-tailers. 

The Key Account Manager E-tailers will be responsible for the account development and for the achievement of business targets (financial and non-financial) for Amazon, AliExpress and others market places in the country in alignment with European strategic partnership directions.

A Typical Day at work:
•To develop the sell-out of our brands in focus battlegrounds and key product categories; 
•To manage Amazon, AliExpress and others market places range consumer offers in all relevant price points (Stars focus); 
•To manage promotional sell-out campaigns and activities following customer and Electrolux calendar; 
•To steer Marketing activities in Amazon, AliExpress and others market places in coordination with Marketing; 
•To ensure best in class product assets deployment (pictures, videos, shop in shop) together with TMO/Marketing; 
•To drive Consumer Reviews building together with TMO/Marketing; 
•To follow-up of sell-out to consumers and the stock availability getting in contact with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure BIC CX; 
•Daily/weekly contact with E-tailers AVS person in the country; 
•To cooperate with central Amazon European team up/down stream flows;

Education & Skills: 
•Master´s degree in economics, business management or marketing;
•3-5 years of experience with consumer and retail sales with leading global consumer companies;
•Experience in cat man projects and trade marketing but especially E-Trade Marketing and in managing Market Places or leading Pure Players;
•Experience in Sell-out focus customer activity management (Consumer centric);
•Good at using new technologies at user level ( Surveys, Cloud Storage, Power Apps);
•Experience with SAP and sales tools like CRM, Tablet PC’s, Web portals;
•Fluent in English and Spanish is a must;
