Kinston Coating Bed Operator Rack-2nd shift
12 hour shift 6p to 6a (2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Add and change over powder materials as required.
Monitor and respond to equipment malfunctions and related diagnostic information.
Perform routine maintenance and initiate requests for equipment repair and preventive maintenance as necessary or directed.
Inspect raw material, work in process and finished parts to ensure conformity to quality and manufacturing specifications.
Complete all work assignments in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner designed to meet or exceed Electrolux quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Prefer high school graduate with ability to learn and operate robotic coating equipment. Good oral and written communication skills with ability to interpret and follow written work instructions and procedures. Ability to maintain production and quality records and related documentation; ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment. Good attendance, safety and housekeeping record.
Requires manual dexterity, periodic heavy lifting (25 – 50 lbs.) and bending. Will work in non-air-conditioned environment subject to seasonal variations of heat and cold. Must wear personal protective equipment and work on elevated platforms.
